At 9:00, girls tennis will be at Port Clinton for SBC tournament. At 10:00, boys golf will be in Fremont for the SBC tournament. At 3:00 today auditions for Radium Girls will be held in the auditorium. At 4:00, girls golf will be at home with Bellevue, and at 5:00, freshman, JV & Varsity volleyball will be at Oak Harbor.
On a special night to bring awareness to Pediatric cancer the Edison Girls soccer team lost to Vermilion 2-0. Both teams walked away from the match knowing some things are bigger than the game.
The boys JV soccer team traveled to Division 1 Ashland last night and lost a hard fought battle 0-1. The team looks to rebound on Monday at Norwalk at 5.
The lunch ladies would like to remind all students that it is their responsibility to know how much is in their lunch account. Please do not ignore them or nasty look at them when they are trying to help you out and just doing their job! You must have money in your account!

The policy debate meeting that was cancelled yesterday is now back on today after school!
The athletic office has presale tickets for sale for the home varsity football game on Friday night Vs. Norwalk. All presale tickets are $5 while all tickets at the gate are $6.
Any student interested in joining Key Club are reminded to pay your $10 dues to the office by this Friday, Sept. 20.
How would you like to dance and have fun for 12 hours while supporting a good cause? EHS TLC is once again looking into hosting DANCE MARATHON! A survey was recently sent to your school email - please take a minute or two to help the students plan this awesome event! And thanks to all who have already completed the survey!
Homecoming is right around the corner EHS! If you are bringing a guest from another school please get an Emergency Medical Form from Mrs. Davis or the Office. You must have this form on file by Friday, October 11th in order to bring your guest to the dance Saturday evening.
All Junior and Senior girls interested in playing Powder Puff football, please plan on attending a 5 minute meeting in room 204 after school Tuesday September 24th.
Any girls grades 9 through 12 who would like to play basketball this winter should sign up in the athletic office today and Friday.
Anyone interested in being on the bowling teams this year should stop into the athletic office and sign up this week. There will be a very short informational meeting in the auditorium on Friday at 2:50 pm for anyone interested.
This is a reminder to all student drivers that your car must be registered each year. You must have a current parking tag hanging from your rear view mirror. Please complete the appropriate form and purchase your parking tag from the office for $1.00. The parking lots will be checked starting this week.
Start Homecoming week with a blast of color! Edison Teen Leadership class is hosting the 1.5 mile color run to kick off Homecoming! Jog, walk, run, or skip with you friends around Edison High school while going through color stations! It’s half the run but twice the fun! The color run will begin at 6pm on October 6th! Thank you to the student body’s ongoing support for the Teen leadership program!
