Today’s Trivia Question: The Empire State Building officially opened on May 1 of what year?

The lunch menu for today is rotini with meat sauce and garlic toast or salad bar or chef’s choice sub, fresh veggies, assorted fruit, mini ice cream sandwich, and milk.

The 5th grade students are taking their math AIR Test today. Students are reminded to be quiet in the hallways.  

Any 8th grade girl interested in playing high school girls soccer next year should  attend the player/parent meeting tonight at 7 p.m. in the high school cafeteria.

Any 8th grade student who would like to try out for the high school Firelands Challenge Team should see Mrs. Yingling for more information. Tryouts will announced at a later date.  

Any 8th grade boy or girl interested in cross country next fall at Edison High School should meet Coach Foster in Mrs. Swint's room today during lunch. Please bring your lunch and something to write with to the meeting.

Any 6th or 7th grade student interested in playing football next year should plan on attending the meeting today at 2:15.

Physical packets will be handed out today to the 6th and 7th grade students during lunch.  8th grade students will receive their physical packets from Mrs. Vajda during class time.  Physical Day will be May 21 from 5-7 p.m. at Edison High School.  The cost of a physical is $15.  You must call the high school to set up an appointment.
