Morning Announcement for Wednesday, February 5

Today’s Trivia Question: Which Scottish poet wrote a  "Red, Red Rose"? 

The lunch menu for today is chicken wings served with soft pretzel or salad bar or Chef’s choice Grab and Go, sweet peas, fresh veggies, assorted fruit, and milk. 

Edison Middle School Writing Club has  practice today.

There is no Power of the Pen practice today.

Robotics Club has practice Thursday Morning.

Choir has after school practice on Thursday.  

Don’t forget to place your order for carnations in the gym before school starts.   This Friday, February 7 is the last day to order. The cost is only $1 per carnation and they will be delivered by the student council reps. on Valentine’s Day.  You may send them to any staff member or any student in grades 6th, 7th or 8th.  If you have any questions, just ask your student council reps. or Mrs. Bishop. 

The 8th grade Academic Challenge team members are to meet Mrs. Yingling in front of the library at 9:25 this morning to depart to the high school.
