Happy Birthday to Grant Ott!

At 5:00 today, boys JV soccer will be at Perkins and at 7:00, girls varsity soccer will be at Sandusky.

The boys varsity soccer team finished the regular season with an impressive 7-0 win over Clyde on senior night. Dylan O’Dell led the way with 3 goals, Zarek Yoder with 2, and Walker Cisco and Garret McQuillen each with 1. The boys finished the regular season with a 9-1-4 record. They will host Vermilion next Thursday for a sectional title.

Last night our JV girls tennis team competed in the SBC JV tournament. The entire team played well, but we had a few players win some matches and earn our team some points! Noelle Marcy won her first match at second singles vs. Perkins before dropping a tough match against Norwalk, Rianna Dingle won her first match at third singles vs. Huron before losing a tough match against Perkins, and our first doubles team of Kya Gibbs and Tessa Otto won one match against a Clyde team, but lost the next to a tougher Clyde team. Great season, ladies!

The varsity volleyball team beat Margaretta 25-23, 25-13, 25-14.  Lilli Schuster led the team with 14 kills, followed by Kira Appeman with 11 kills and Lindsay Roberts with 7 kills.  Olivia Vitaz served 13 points with 4 aces and dished out 33 assists.  Appeman led the defense with 12 digs, followed by Danielle Blatnik with 8 digs and Kayla Macuso with 7 digs.  Lydia Woodyard added 4 kills and Deana Blatnik had 2 kills.
