At 4:30 today freshman volleyball will be at home with Brookside. At 5:30, JV & varsity volleyball will be at home with Port Clinton. On Saturday morning at 10:00, boys JV soccer is at Medina Buckeye, and also at 10, JV & varsity volleyball are at home with Fremont Ross. At 7:00 Saturday night, varsity football will host the Clear Fork Colts in the first round of the playoffs.

 

The Edison Girls soccer team got a big SBC road win over Tiffin Columbian with a score of 2 to 1. The first goal of the game was scored by senior captain Aliyah Caporini. With only a 1 to 0 lead coming out of halftime the second Charger goal was scored by Ruby Knowles off a corner kick from Abigail Hearing. Solid team defense held off the hard fighting Tornadoes at the end of the match. The Lady Chargers are home Monday for their last home game of the season against Clyde at 5pm.

All individuals who are interested in wrestling this season should sign up in the athletic office no later than this Friday, October 9th.  Coach Hermes will be having an informational meeting in the near future to discuss the upcoming season
