The Edison Chargers JV soccer girls ended their season on the road at Oak Harbor Tuesday night. Though they failed to come out on top, the Chargers battled the whole game through and played with high spirits. Congratulations on a great season ladies!
The varsity volleyball team beat Willard 25-23, 25-27, 25-16, 25-11. Olivia Vitaz had 22 assists, 21 digs, 15 kills, and 12 points. Lilli Schuster led the team in kills with 16, Kira Appeman had 12 kills and 18 digs, Deana Blatnik had 9 kills and 9 points, Lydia Woodyard had 6 kills and 9 points, Natalie Lambert had 21 assists, Kayla Mancuso had 8 digs and 8 points, and Lindsay Roberts had 2 kills and 3 blocks. The JV volleyball team beat Willard 12-25, 30-28, 25-22. Sierra Scott was 10 for 10 serving with 4 aces and Kalli Quillen was 15 for 16 serving with 4 aces. Scott led the team at the net with 7 kills, followed by Elena McCord and Ella Habeck with 4 kills each. Tannah Vitaz led the defense with 17 digs and Karin Wlodarsky had 13 digs.
