Boys/Girls Cross Country - New London Invitational

The Charger boys and girls cross country teams had a very successful weekend at the Dan Olien New London Cross Country Invitational as both teams were crowned team champions. The boys were led by individual champion Tyler Coon who was closely followed by runner-up Daniel Lambert. Rounding out the scoring for the Chargers were Jon Hrivnak  4th place, Dax Austin 10th and Aidan Anderson in 11th. The girls were led by individual champion Abbie Lesniak with senior Isabel Chasney coming in fourth. Other top ten finishers were Lindsay Sneider  7th and Katie Jeremay in 10th. Rounding out the scoring was 11th place finisher Paige Schaefer.  Both the boys and girls teams will try to defend there SBC championships this Saturday at Hedges-Boyer Park in Tiffin. The boys race at 10:00 a.m. and the girls at 10:40.
