Today’s Trivia Question: How many trees are chopped down every day to make enough toilet paper for everyone on the planet?



The lunch menu for today is manager’s choice, assorted vegetables, assorted fruit, baked chips and milk.  



This week you must have money in your account, or cash in hand in order to receive a full meal. You will not be allowed to charge in the cafeteria. Check with Ms. Bryant or Mrs. Geason to see your account status. This is a reminder to 8th graders that all accounts must be taken care of before 8th grade recognition ceremony.



Edison Middle School Student Council is hosting the 8th grade dance on May 31 from 6:30-8:30 p.m. Gentlemen are to wear their khaki or plaid shorts and a collar shirt like a golf shirt or a button down shirt. No gym shorts or t-shirts permitted.   Ladies are to wear a casual simple dress that is school appropriate.  It must have sleeves. Flip flops are permitted!  Tickets are $3 and will be sold today during lunch and Thursday morning.  No tickets will be sold at the door.



The EHS Summer Volleyball Youth Camp Forms for grades 4-7 are to be handed in by May 31 to Mrs. Bishop or the main office. You may register at the door on the first day of camp on July 16 but may not receive a T-Shirt.  Extra forms are in the main office.  


The answer for today’s trivia question is that there are 127,000 trees chopped down every day to make enough toilet paper for everyone on the planet.
