Varsity Girls Soccer vs. Vermilion

The Edison Girls Varsity soccer team got their first road win of the season beating Vermilion 5 to 0 and improving their overall record to 3 and 1. Piper Nickoli lead the scoring with 2 goals and one assist. Sophie Clark scored on a Penalty Kick and had two assist during the match. Also scoring for the Chargers were Aliyah Caporini and Avery Wolfe both with one goal each. The defense got their second shutout of the year led by Josie Soviak, Katie Nealey, Katelyn Chenevey, Emma Houser, and Goal Keeper Elizabeth Pruitt. The Lady Charger will be back in action on September 5th at Port Clinton.
