Varsity Girls Soccer vs. Upper Sandusky

The Edison Girls Varsity soccer team got their second win of the year and extended their record to 2-0 over a very tough Upper Sandusky team with a score of 4 to 0. The first score of the game came from a great corner kick from Aliyah Caporini to Autumn Canterbury sinking the ball in the back of the net. The scoring didn't stop there. Also scoring goals for the Chargers was Piper Nickoli, Sophie Clark, and Holly Racioppi. Their goals came from great assist from Caporini and Nickoli. The Defense played rock solid allowing no goals in this match. The defensive charge was lead by Josie Soviak, Katie Nealey, Emma Houser, Katelyn Chenevey, and Goal Keeper Elizabeth Pruitt. The Lady Chargers will be back in action on Monday with a home conference game against Huron at 6:30pm.
