September - Isabel Chasney

The Berlin Heights Kiwanis are pleased to announce Isabel Chasney is the September Student of the Month at Edison High School.
   
Isabel has been chosen for her contributions to Edison High School and the Berlin Heights and Milan communities.  Isabel’s school activities:  Academic Challenge Team member (championship team winner the past 2 years); National Honor Society President; Class-President during junior year; varsity cross country and track (made it to state as a team in cross country); has taken piano lessons (9 years); Youth group member at St. John’s and Monroeville UCC; Erie County Community Foundation Youth Advisory Board member; won $1,000 at State STEM Competition freshman year.  

Isabel will be attending college majoring in Political Science or International Relations and hopes to one day end up working in a government or diplomatic position.  Isabel is the daughter of Wayne & Wendy Chasney of Milan, Ohio.
