Morning Announcement for Thursday, January 10

Today’s Trivia Question: Can you name the two Zodiac signs for the month of January?  

The lunch menu for today is Chef Sally’s Mac-n-Cheese with a breadstick or salad bar or chef’s choice sandwich, romaine side salad, fresh veggies, frozen fruit slushies and milk. 

Today during lunch periods Mrs. Bishop will be selling #annestrong wristbands for only $2. If you are purchasing a #annestrong T-shirt, you must bring in your order to school by tomorrow, Friday, January 11 unless you order online which needs to be done by Monday, January 14.

Power of the Pen has practice today after school in Mrs. Hansen’s room. 

The 7th and 8th grade basketball teams compete against Margaretta today. The girls are home and the boys are away. All tickets are $3.

Edison Middle School Student Council Fun Night is tomorrow from 6:30 p.m.-8:30 p.m. with  a $2 admission. This event is for those EMS students in grades 6-8. School rules and the dress code will be enforced. No electronic devices of any kind are permitted at this event.
If you are interested in playing dodgeball, it will cost an additional $1, and you must sign up and pay your dollar at the door in order to be placed on a team. Teams will be announced in the gym before the Dodgeball. Grade 7 will play the first game.
