JV Boys Basketball vs. New London/Danbury
On opening weekend the JV boys basketball team had a successful run as they played New London and Danbury on Friday and Saturday nights. The Chargers handled the New London Wildcats with ease winning 38-15. A balanced scoring attack made it difficult to be stopped. Noah Smith led all scorers with 9 followed by Clay Byington with 8. On Saturday the Chargers took on a very chaotic Danbury Lakers team but won 56-29. Noah Smith and Cameron Smith led the Chargers with 13 points a piece followed by Troy Rutherford's 10 points. The Chargers are back in action next Friday on the road against Margaretta!
