Morning Announcements - Tuesday, September 15, 2020

It’s Charger ORANGE Day! 
 
Today at 3:30, boys golf will be at home with Margaretta. At 4:00, girls golf will be at Margaretta. At 4:15, girls tennis will be at Calvert, And at 5:00, boys JV soccer is home with Perkins.
 
The Lady Charger Golf team defeated St. Mary's last night 185 -205. Leading the way for the Chargers was Mallory Meister with a personal best 49.  Also scoring were Lauren Neher with a 41, Ava Grant 47, and Madison Butler 48.  The Lady Chargers are back in action tonight at Margaretta.  Good luck girls!
 
Any student driving to and from school must register your vehicle.  Registration forms may be picked up at the office or on Final Forms.  The cost for the vehicle registration tag is $1 and it must be hung from your rear view mirror.
 
Speech & Debate Club members:  Miss Baughman will have awards from last season for you to pick up after school this week.  Policy Debaters are reminded to sign up for a practice time with Señor on either Tuesday or Wednesday. Debate practice is in Room 602. 
 
All students interested in French Club should plan to meet after school next Wednesday, September 23.  Email Madame Parker at [email protected] if you are interested in joining, or let her know in class, even French Honor Society members.  We have to find a space big enough to socially distance for the meeting.  Merci, and we'll see everyone next Wednesday.

On Monday October 5th, the ASVAB test will be given here at Edison. The ASVAB is a multiple-aptitude battery used for military entrance and placement.This test can also be used as a career exploration and planning program for students. Note: Participants are not under any obligation to the Military as a result of taking the ASVAB. If you are interested in taking this test, please see Ms Spademan by Friday September 25th. 
 
Show choir auditions are today and Thursday, September 17th, Sign up for a time slot in the music hallway and also get the music.  Posters show the links for the music and the dance video. Come join a great fun group of people. Any questions, - See Ms Notley
