Morning Announcement for Thursday, March 12
Today’s trivia question is: The largest sand castle in the world was built in Germany.  How tall was it?

The lunch menu for today is mini pancakes with sausage or a salad or chef’s choice grab and go, hash browns, vegetable juice, assorted fruit, and milk.

Attention 7th Graders: We are in need of more donations for the fundraising calendar.  Drop them off in the main office or give to Mrs. Bishop. The deadline is tomorrow, Friday, March 13.

The Edison Middle School Student Council Annual Penny Wars for grades 6 through 8 runs through next Tuesday, March 17. Silver subtracts and pennies add so put pennies in your grade and drop silver in the other grades.  Every morning in the gym until 7:50 student council reps will be there to assist you. The grade that has the most will be rewarded with a create your own ice cream sundae party.

The answer for today’s trivia question is that the largest sand castle in the world was over 54 feet high.

We would like to close with this quote from Catherine Ponder: “It is through the imagination that the formless takes form.”
