The 7th grade Academic Challenge has practice today from 3-4 in Mrs. Yingling’s room.

Power of the Pen has practice today, Wednesday and Thursday from 3:00-4:30 in Mrs. Hansen’s room.

Don’t forget to bring in your donate items for Project Happy. Any student that brings in an item will be entered into a drawing to be able to help wrap the packages while enjoying Christmas music and snacks. Boxes are in the homerooms and items should fit in a shoebox.

The Norwalk Elks will be conducting a Hoop Shoot contest this Saturday at the Norwalk Recreation Center. All boys and girls ages 8-13 are eligible to participate, age is determined by your age on April 1, 2019. This competition is based upon who can make the most foul shots out of 25. Registration starts at 1:00 pm and completion begins at 1:30pm and this is a FREE event. We hope to see you this Saturday!

The answer for today’s questions is that if baseball players get athlete’s foot, then elves get mistle-toes.

We would like to close with this quote from Mary Anne Radmacher. “May your walls know joy, may every room hold laughter, and every window open to great possibility.”
