The Berlin Heights Kiwanis are pleased to announce Jamie Teed is the April Student of the Month at Edison High School.

     Jamie has been chosen for her contributions to Edison High School and the Berlin Heights and Milan communities.  Jamie’s school activities:  volleyball; basketball captain (Coaches Award recipient); golf (Best Newcomer Award recipient); track & field; SBC All-Academic Team; Interact Club; Lead2Hope; Key Club; senior class officer; Firelands Challenge Team; National Honor Society; honor roll; student of the quarter; 4-H club president and counselor.  Jamie also volunteers at Firelands Hospital and Garden Club.  

     Jamie will be attending Ohio University this fall and will be participating in Ohio University’s Medical School’s Early Admissions Program through the Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine.  She then plans to attend that same medical school to pursue a career that will allow her to help others and improve their lives.  Jamie is the daughter of James and Lisa Teed of Milan, Ohio.
