The varsity volleyball team opened the season on Saturday with a tough 5 set match against Vermilion.  The Lady Chargers eventually fell by scores of 18-25, 25-16, 26-24, 27-29, and 10-15.  Olivia Vitaz served 12 points and had 25 assists.  Skylie Hixon served 10 points, Kira Appeman had 17 kills, Lindsay Roberts had 10 kills, Lydia Woodyard added 9 kills, Karin Wlodarsky served 9 points and Olivia Wilson had 4 kills.

 

The JV volleyball team lost to Vermilion 23-25, 18-25.  Ellis Kramb led the team with 5 points.  The freshmen volleyball team lost to the Sailors by scores of 25-16, 21-25, 12-25.  Ingrid Berckmeuller served 7 points and Cayli Kegarise added 6 points.
