At 4:15, tennis is home with St. Mary’s. At 4:45, varsity softball is home with Oak Harbor, and at 5:15, varsity baseball is at home with Lucas.

The boys tennis team lost a close one to the undefeated Huron Tigers 2-3. Jonah Main lost a close one at 3rd singles in 3 sets. While picking up the wins for the team at doubles were The no.1 doubles team of Otto Berckmueller/Noah Proctor and at no. 2 the team of Jeff Snyder/Collin Smith. The team plays their final regular season match later today at Edison Park against St.Mary’s. Come out and watch the action!! The JV boys doubles team played some great tennis last night against Huron and got a win with one of their matches! Way to go Korrigan and Devon!
 
The varsity baseball team lost a tough back and forth battle with Bellevue by a score of 8-5.  The game was tied on 3 different occasions before Bellevue pulled away with a 4 run 7th inning.  Ben Bates pitched 5 strong innings, giving up just 2 hits and one run with 5 strikeouts.  Xander Danner, Bryce Michaelis, Clint Finnen, and Noah Smith all had 2 hits.  Brady Barker doubled, while Thomas Simon and Hayden Fox each singled.  The team is back in action tonight at home against Lucas.
 
Attention Students:  Many of you have lunch accounts that are running low, so please make sure you have sufficient funds available before making purchases in the cafeteria. 

It’s Prom week, and the junior class officers are hosting a spirit week. All classes are able to participate in the spirit week, and we hope to see everybody dressed up. Today is country vs. country club day. Thank you to everyone who participated. Don’t forget tomorrow is decades day. 

Prom is this Saturday May 14th. Vote for 2022 Prom King and Queen during check-in at the dance this Saturday. Appetizers with veggies, cheese, crackers, pretzels, cheese dip, and salad bar will be ready from 7:00-7:30, dinner starts at 7:30, which will include a pasta dish and sandwiches. Beverages and cookies are included as well.
 
Attention all students! Now through Friday May 20th, TLC is collecting pop tabs for the Ronald McDonald House. There will be two blue jugs, one for the guys and one for the girls that will be located in the library. If you have pop tabs -  please consider bringing the tabs to the library. Let's see who can fill up the bottle faster!
 
There will be a Spanish Honor Society meeting tomorrow morning at 7:30 in room 302, for all current members and new inductees.
 
You still have this week to nominate your favorite teacher, that teacher who made a difference! The Milan Rotary & Interact clubs are sponsoring the Golden Apple Award that goes to a teacher who has not won previously, has been a teacher in the Edison system for 3 years. You can nominate ANY teacher from the elementary, middle or high school.  Applications are in the library!
