Varsity Volleyball vs. Eastwood (Sectional Champions)

The varsity volleyball team beat 3rd seeded Eastwood on Saturday by scores of 25-23, 20-25, 25-22, 25-23 to win the Sectional championship. Kira Appeman  led the team with 14 kills, 14 digs and three aces, while Lilli Schuster collected 10 kills, six digs and a pair of blocks. Olivia Vitaz added 14 assists, 13 digs, nine kills and six blocks.  Reagan King had 22 assists and six digs, Lindsay Roberts had seven kills and four blocks and Natalie Lambert had 24 digs and a pair of aces. Briana Keyser and Deana Blatnik each had 5 blocks. The team plays Huron in the district semi-finals on Tuesday at 7:00 pm at Seneca East High School.
