The varsity girls basketball team dropped a hard fought contest to Willard 48 to 44 in overtime on Saturday. Hannah Vitaz paced the attack with 14 points and 7 rebounds, while Alana Fidler added 12 points, 4 rebounds, 4 steals and 4 assists. Aliyah Caporini chipped in with 7 points, 6 rebounds, and 5 steals.

 

The junior varsity girls basketball team beat Willard 45 to 40 to improve to 15 and 5 on the year. Olivia Vitaz led the home team with 10 points, while Jayla Medina added 9 points and Lilli Schuster contributed 8 points. Lydia Woodyard tossed in 7 points and Lindsay Roberts scored 5 points.

The Lady Charger basketball teams conclude the regular season Thursday night when they host the Oak Harbor Rockets with a 6:00 junior varsity start. Come out and support our seniors Alana, Molly, Mariah, Sam, Jess, and Hannah in their final home game. Hope to see you courtside.
