Happy Birthday Ricky Miller, Miraya Schlessman and Cole Leimeister

The girls tennis team beat Sandusky on Thursday 5-0. Winning at singles were Alli Vogus, Ivy Kluding and Lily Kreglow. Winning at doubles  were the teams of Delaney Lococo/Brynleigh Dail and Sara Gates/Keira Keoghan. Way to go ladies!
 
Last night the JV tennis team played host to the Sandusky Blue Streaks and swept them in both matches we played! Winning were the doubles teams of Madison Kuhl with Chloe Dials and Isabella Wilson with Jenna Keoghan.
 
The varsity volleyball team beat Port Clinton 25-11, 18-25, 25-26, 25-21, 15-10.  Kalli Quillen led the way with 18 digs, 15 assists, and 9 kills.  Natalie Leimeister also had 18 digs, 15 assists. and 12 points.   Ella Habeck led the team at the net with 12 kills followed by Olivia Wilson with 7 kills and 3 blocks. Ellis Kramb led the defense with 26 digs, and Taylor Moore had 21 digs, 13 points, and 3 aces.  Jorja Byington led all servers with 17 points.  Dana Preston had 4 kills and Cayli Kegarise had 3 kills.
 
Presale tickets are available in the athletic office for the home football game tonight vs. Port Clinton.  Presale tickets are $5 while all tickets at the gate are $7.

The Edison Drama Club will be hosting an Ice Cream Social after school on Tuesday, September 27th from 3-3:30 or so. This will be taking place before rehearsal for those involved in the Peter Rabbit Cast. Everyone is welcome to come join us and enjoy some ice cream!

Important Homecoming Announcement:
If you plan to bring a guest from another high school, please be sure to pick up a visitor form from Mrs Davis or the office.
 
Homecoming tickets will go on sale Monday October 3rd and be on sale through Friday 10/7 for $15.00 during all lunch modules.  See Mrs Davis with any questions

ALL junior and senior girls who wish to participate in the Homecoming powder puff game must attend a very short meeting Friday after school in room 204 or see Mrs Davis before that time.

Attention all students and staff!  This is the last week to buy pink-out apparel to support Mrs. Moyer and all those in our community in their fight against cancer.  Short-sleeved t-shirts are $15, long-sleeved shirts are $19, hooded sweatshirts are $26, and rally towels are $6.  Please see the link in the Class of 2024 Instagram account, or see the email sent from Mrs. Wobser last week. Orders must be placed by Friday, Sept. 23rd by 5 p.m.  Items can be picked up Thursday, Oct. 13, from 5-7 p.m. and Friday, Oct. 14th after school from 3:00-4:30 in the high school cafeteria.
Volley for the Brave volleyball game against Huron is taking place Tuesday October 4th at Edison High School.  The event starts at 4:30pm, JV game starts at 5:00pm.
Bake sale, basket raffle, and 50/50.  All proceeds benefit The Maxton W. Soviak Memorial Foundation.  Winners will be drawn during the varsity game.  You do not need to be present to win.  See Sara Wilson for more details

Wednesday 9/28 - Sources of Strength Color Wheel - Colors Day - Check with your 3rd period teacher to see what color is assigned to your class. Wednesday 9/28 will be our BIG Kick Off Assembly, we will have an AM assembly schedule that day.
