Morning Announcements - Thursday, March 20, 2025
Today’s weather is cloudy and windy with showers this afternoon and a high of 45.

The Charger Cafe will serve a breaded chicken patty or Daily Grab & Go, glazed carrot coins, diced pears and milk for lunch today.

Today’s Trivia question is: Where will the final game of March Madness be played this year?

The Student Council Annual Penny Wars has officially started and runs through Wednesday, March 26. This is a competition between the 6th, 7th, & 8th grade students. Each morning up on the stage you make drop your coins. You should put the pennies in your own grade's bottle, while putting the silver coins into the other grades. Remember silver coins subtract and pennies add to the grade bottles. The grade that ends up with the largest amount at the end will be rewarded to a make your sundae event.

All of the 8th grade student council reps, the Red Cross volunteers and Mrs. Bishop would like to say thank to everyone who helped make our Blood Drive a success. Our goal was to collect 25 units and we collected 27. Listen in tomorrow for the winners of the Blood Drive Drawing. Congratulations to the following Charger PRIDE winners for this week.

These students should report to Mr. Smith’s office at this time:
4th Grade - Lucy Henley and Grant Palmer
5th Grade - Celeste Staub and Ellie Garner
6th Grade - Gabe Matter and Aiden Koch
7th Grade - Bentley Allison and Gracelynn Roeder
8th Grade - Kaiden Gribben and Tanner Dellisanti
We would also like to congratulate this week’s staff Charger
PRIDE winners - Mr. Caskey and Mrs. Mesenburg!  Thanks for all you do for us.

The trivia answer is that the final game of March Madness will be played at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona.

We would like to close with a quote from American basketball coach and player John Wooden: “Success comes from knowing that you did your best to become the best that you are capable of becoming.”

Thank you and enjoy your day!
