Boots to Grasses is looking for student volunteers to help out with their program. They are a nonprofit organization located in Berlin Heights that offers Therapeutic Horsemanship to children/adults and military veterans facing various hardships and challenges. They have volunteers from other schools, and would love more representation from Edison. They can sign off on volunteer hours for NHS or graduation requirements and they will train non- horse people! Volunteers also can get riding opportunities, free gear, scholarship opportunities through Equus, and invites and discounts to all our field trips and trips. If you are interested in something like this, please contact Mrs Wilson.
