Happy Birthday Cameron Sallee and Adison Wechter!

To continue our celebration of National School Breakfast Week tomorrow, we have some very special guests stopping by as we feature Smoothies with the Sheriff's Department! Come down to the Charger Cafe and enjoy both a delicious smoothie and some entertainment as our favorite law enforcement team jumps on our smoothie bikes!

The Edison Marching Band and Sound Dimension Show Choir are traveling to Washington DC from March 16-March 21. We would love for everyone to show their support by participating in a Spirit Week March 13th, 14th, and 15th! Monday March 13th: America Day - wear all red, white, and blue. Tuesday March 14th: Pajama Day - wear your most comfy clothes. Wednesday March 15th: Band/Show Choir Out! - wear your favorite band shirt. (it can be any band, not just EHS!) We hope to see you all dressed up and participating to show your support!

The Edison High School Drama Club is presenting our spring musical, Annie on March 9-11th at 7:30pm and the 12th at 2pm. Annie tells the story of a eleven year old, red-headed girl who is journeying through the tribulations of what is her hard knock-life. She is given the opportunity to leave her ragged orphanage and live with billionaire, Mr. Oliver Warbucks? Will Annie be sweet and sound in his mansion or find her biological parents? Come see the show to find out! Tickets will be sold at the door, and are priced at $6 for adults and $5 for students/senior citizens.

Don't forget to sign up for the Lunch and Learn this Friday!  Hear Thomas Greenwalt talk about his experience in Law Enforcement. He is currently a Sheriff's Deputy with the Erie County Sheriff's Office, he recently retired from the FBI as the Senior Resident Special Agent of the Toledo FBI field office. He held this position for 28 years. This is a great opportunity to find out about other career opportunities within law enforcement and ask questions with someone that has first hand experience! Sign up in the library!

Happy spring cleaning! TLC is hosting a blanket drive for the Humane Society of Erie County. We would greatly appreciate anyone to bring in used blankets, bath towels, or smaller fleece blankets. Preferably no hand towels, wash cloths, or fitted sheets. Donations will be collected in the library from March 6th until March 10th, so please consider going through your home and bringing in these used items if you’re able! Thank you!

Congratulations to the cheerleading competition team on placing 8th at state. The competition was tough, but they showed up with a strong performance to finish the season.
