The Sources of Strength campaign for January is Positive Friends & Mentors. Stop and see Mrs. Wilson or a Peer Leader If you would like a polaroid picture taken with your Positive Friend or Mentor to display on the poster in the hallway. 
 
Attention: Any student who is interested in participating in the Just Write competition on Saturday, February 25: please submit your signed waiver and permission to publish forms to Mr Ceccoli by the end of this week. See Mr. Ceccoli if you have any questions.
 
The next Writing Club meeting will be Jan 30 - after school in Room 201.
 
Chess Club today after school in Mr. Newton’s room (405).  Hope to see you there!!
 
The Charger boys bowling team took on SJCC for the 2nd day in a row, this time away.  The boys struggled on very tough lane conditions and took a loss to an improving SJCC team!  Leading the guys was Aydan Houser with 339 and Hayden Lewis with 333.
 
The Student Council meeting has been postponed to Wednesday January 2/25.  Please see Mrs Davis with any questions.
 
Attention any and all track athletes planning to go out for track in the spring. Please stop by Coach Shelley's room to sign up and grab some important information. Again anyone interested in track need to sign up in Coach Shelley's room.

The Lady Chargers dropped a non-league contest to Western Reserve 54-39. Ivy Kluding led the way with 17 points, Kalli Quillen scored 8 points, Iszie Sanabria scored 6 points, and Taylor Moore scored 4 points. The Lady Chargers are back in action Saturday at Oak Harbor.   The JV Lady Chargers lost to Western Reserve by a score of 32-22.
