Up next is the District meet at Galion on Saturday.

Congratulations to Edison Choirs on their first viral social media post—with over ONE MILLION views! We’re excited to see so many people watching, commenting, and sharing in the fun. Thank you for helping us celebrate our talented singers! Want to see what we’re up to? Follow @edisonchargerchoirs on Facebook and Instagram. Way to go, Choir!

Do you want a good excuse to go trick-or-treating as a high schooler?  Drama Club is looking for volunteers to help with our annual canned food drive during Halloween this year.  You get to go around either Milan or Berlin Heights collecting candy, but also collecting items for the local food banks.  If you are interested in helping out, please see Mrs. Facemire, Ms. Coon, or see the links on Facebook, Band, or Classroom.

Interested in experiencing Germany and Central Europe with Ms. Lapchynski and Mrs. Traut? Your peers? There is an informational parent meeting on October 26th in the Innovation room. The meeting starts promptly at 6:30 and will be approximately an hour. We are going to explore Prague, Munich, and Krakow! This trip will also take students to Auschwitz-Birkenau, which is obviously heavy-hearted. Mature students are warmly invited to attend this once-in-a-lifetime excursion across Central Europe. It is recommended, but not mandatory, that students take Holocaust Literature & Exploration prior to this tour.

See Ms. Lapchynski with any questions. Stop by her room (303) for a flyer.

Join us in dressing up for Halloween on Thursday, October 29th! All costumes must be school-appropriate! Hats, masks, and face paint are not permitted. We can't wait to see everyone dressed up!

If you are interested in trying out for Boys basketball this year, Open Gyms will start Monday, October 19, from 5:15-7 at the high school.  To participate, you need to have all final forms completed with an updated physical.  Contact Coach Campana for more details.

On Thursday, Do Right will be closing out our 1st quarter Clash of the Classes battle with a status check on missing assignments.  The class with the lowest % of missing assignments will receive  30 points to add to their Clash point total.  Get those missing assignments in!  Help your grade and your class at the same time!  Keep Doing Right, Chargers!

Wednesday's Charger Period has two new opportunities for those interested...

Great Wolf Lodge will be coming in to discuss potential job opportunities and the University of Toledo admissions office will be in to share what they may have to offer those interested in attending UT. Make sure to fill out the Google sheet if you are interested in attending either.
