The EMS cafeteria will be serving Charger Mac & Cheese or Daily Grab & Go, glazed carrot coins, fruit choice and milk for lunch today.

Reminder to all student council reps: There is a student council meeting tomorrow morning. We need to finalize Fun Night plans.
There will be a boys basketball meeting on Friday, April 10 for those boys interested in playing Middle School Basketball next year. All 6th and 7th grade boys should report to Coach Campana's room 505 at 7:30 am to discuss the summer schedule. Contact Coach Campana or Coach Scott if you have any questions!
The junior high track teams opened the 2026 season hosting Bellevue with both teams coming up short and taking second to the Redmen. Our top placers for the Chargers were Liam Butler who finished 2nd in the 110 Hurdles followed by Coltin Hohler who also took 2nd in the 100. Addison McDonnell had a strong finish in the mile and took first place. Reese Wells also took first in the open 400. While Max Baker finished 2nd in the 400. Saxon O’Neal finished 2nd in 200 hurdles followed by Liam Butler who also took second place in the 200 hurdles. Coltin Hohler took another 2nd place finish in the 200 meter dash. The boys relays did well. The boys 4x200 took first with the team of Liam
Butler, Jude Manrow, Kris Raymore and Cooper Scheaffer. The boys 4x400 also finished first with the team of Ty Nickle, Cooper Scheaffer, Max Baker, and Jude Manrow.
The field events had a great day with Sophia Klima and August Hines placing 1st and 2nd in the girls shot. Greyson Yamonouchi took 3rd in the boys shot. Sophia Klima and Delaney Marshall placed 2nd and 3rd in the girls disc. While Jon Senko took 3rd in the boys disc. Evelyn Grady placed 2nd in the long jump and Kris Raymore took 3rd for the boys. For our high jumpers: Max Baker placed 2nd, Carly Tulik took 3rd and Reese Wells was our High Jump champion. The boys Pole Vault had a great start to their season sweeping all three places with the team of Dylan Gale, Jon Senko, and Nolan Sharp. Great Job Chargers!
Congratulations to the March Citizens of the Month. They are Olivia Knalley and Jacob Schnittker in 4th grade. JazMir Green and Hank Stoll in 5th grade. Marissa McDonnell and Parker Smith in 6th grade. Natalie Salmons and Cooper Schaffer in 7th grade and Evelyn Grady and Landon Price in 8th grade. At this time those students should report to the library for a picture.
