Morning Announcements - Friday, March 6, 2026

The cafeteria will be serving fresh baked pizza rippers or Daily Grab & Go, rainbow carrots & pepper strips, carnival cookie, fruit choice and milk for lunch today.

The weather report for today is cloudy skies and a high of 68.

Today’s trivia question is: What month is National Pizza Month in the U.S.?

Attention 7th graders:
Remind you parents that we need donations for the fundraising calendar. Without donations we cannot create the May fundraising calendar. Donations are to be handed by March 12. Donation examples could be gift cards from restaurants or stores, or even a gift basket from the hair stylist. If you have any questions, see Mr. LaCivita or Mrs. Bishop.

If you did not order a yearbook and still would like to buy one, see Mrs. Bishop.

Good Luck to the Power of the Pen members as they compete at Regionals tomorrow. To the battle you will go, use your pen to fight for all you know. Bring home a victory!

Last call for all items on the Lost and Found Table in the cafeteria. Be sure to take a look today during lunch.

These students are winners of the Spring Book Fair Book Drawing. They are Norah King and Barrett Leber in 4th grade, Ellie Leber and Jacob Rosekelly in 5th grade, Emma Biemler and Gage Yamanouchi in 6th grade, Natalie Salmons and Austin Quillen in 7th grade, and Kase Proctor and Addi Thompson in 8th grade. Please report to the main office to pick up your book.

The trivia answer is that October is National Pizza Month in the United States.

We would like to close with this quote from novelist Anna Quindlen: “Ideas are like pizza dough, made to be tossed around.”
