Attention Interact Members! We are bell ringing for the Salvation Army next Saturday to raise money for a great cause! We still need volunteers for December, check out the Google doc or ask Mrs. Roan to sign up. If you have any questions, please contact Nadia Cantelli or Samuel McClester.
The Milan Melon Festival Court is asking for your assistance by participating in their 1st Annual Pajama Drive. Please help us give the gift of warmth and love this holiday season to the one's in our community that may be less fortunate. There is a donation box in the office for new and unused pajamas. Thank you!
The National Honor Society is partnering with Sources of Strength for the Give the Gift of Giving Campaign! During December, it is important to show our gratitude to others, no matter how big or small the act. To express this gratitude, there will be a daily act of kindness challenge for each day of December. Today’s challenge is to smile at everyone you see. Whenever you complete the random act of kindness, find Mrs. Tinnel in the library to grab a paper chain link. The goal is to make a chain out of the links to showcase all of the gifts that we have given! On the link, make sure to write your name and the act of kindness you completed to receive a small candy cane. In addition, each chain link you complete will count as one entry to a raffle for a gift card. Happy Holidays Chargers!
Attention all Edison High School students! The Milan Chamber of Commerce is holding a holiday dance to celebrate the season, on December 16th from 8-10 pm. All students are invited to bring themselves and one guest. Tickets are available in the athletic office, with no cost except bringing a canned or boxed good to the event for the Salvation Army. We hope to see you there
French and Spanish club students are reminded that we have our Christmas party on Wednesday during Charger period. Make sure to sign up for the activity and to bring a dish to share. Check with your language teacher for more details.
Student Council's next Driver of the Week is Mrs. Neider. You can usually find her in the garage making sure everything runs smoothly. Her piece of advice is "Always ask yourself 'Would I want someone to say that to someone I love or treat them that way'? Then please don't treat others in a way you wouldn't want your loved ones treated." Be sure to tell her thank you and check out the TV.
