At 5:00 tonight boys varsity district soccer match is home with Vermilion.
The varsity volleyball team beat Wynford 25-18, 25-22, 25-15 to win the sectional championship. Olivia Vitaz had 35 assists, 12 points, 11 digs, and 4 blocks. Lilli Schuster had 13 kills and 9 digs, Kira Appeman had 12 kills and 13 digs. Lydia Woodyard slammed 8 kills, Lindsay Roberts had 4 kills and 4 blocks, Kayla Mancuso served 7 points to go along with 11 digs, Danielle Blatnik had 8 digs and Deana Blatnik had 3 kills. Congratulations to Olivia Vitaz on recording her 1000th career assist during the match!

GREAT NEWS!!! Snow Trails in Mansfield Ohio will be opening up this season when the weather permits. Edison student's, friend's, and family members will once again have the opportunity to purchase season tickets at a reduced price. Anyone interested in skiing or snowboarding and would like more information on this year's rates for season passes should see coach Shelley.
French Club members are reminded that your $5 dues need to be turned into Madame Parker by Thursday October 29 at our next meeting. Attention policy debaters: Mr. Amstutz will meet with all debaters today from 3-4:30 in room 602 and on Friday with first year debaters from 3-4. This is the last week before the tournament season begins, so make sure that you have registered for the tournaments at which you plan to compete. Every debater that plans to compete during October and November MUST check in with Mr. Amstutz this week.
On Friday October 30 Lead 2 Hope is sponsoring Halloween at EHS. Pay $2 to wear your costume to school. All costumes must be school appropriate and school approved. On the morning of Oct. 30, if you are wearing a costume, you should go directly to the library where Lead 2 Hope officials will collect your $2 and give you a bracelet to show you are participating in this activity. All students are welcome to join in the Halloween fun!
