Morning Announcements - Thursday, April 18, 2024

The Charger Café will serve chicken nuggets with sauce or daily grab & go, steamed peas, Animal Crackers, fresh fruit and milk for lunch.

The weather for today is clouds giving way to the sun and a high of 62. Today’s trivia question is: Do you know what that tiny pocket in a pair of jeans was made for?

Attention 4th, 5th , & 6th grade students:
If you haven’t handed in your Mini Track Meet registration form and the money, please do so by tomorrow.

Any boy in 6th or 7th grade who is interested in trying out for the middle school basketball team next year, should see Coach Campana in his room Friday morning at 7:40 to discuss summer basketball events and opportunities.

A Final Forms was sent out for all 4th-7th grade students about a summer boys/girls basketball camp.  Hard copies will be passed out to teacher’s mailboxes and extra copies in the office.  

Any 4th or 5th grade student who is interested in band: There will be a meeting on Tuesday, April 23rd in the high school band room at 7 pm. Students will have the opportunity to test out various instruments. Ice cream will be served afterwards. Wow! That’s pretty cool.  

A reminder to all 8th grade football players: please make sure you turn in all mulch orders and money to Coach Shelly by Friday, April 19. 

Please be quiet in the hallways today while testing is going on. Good luck to those taking the ELA test today. Just do your best!
