Morning Announcements - Tuesday, April 16, 2024

The Charger Café will serve a taco wrap with sour cream and salsa or daily grab & go, sweet corn, fresh fruit and milk for lunch.

Attention 4th, 5th, & 6th grade students:
Your Mini Track Meet registration form and the money are to be handed by Wednesday, April 17. You may return the form to your homeroom teacher or drop it off to the main office.

There is open gym for basketball here at the middle school for current 4th-7th grade girls on Wednesdays from 5:30-7pm.

There will not be a student council meeting tomorrow morning.

Please be quiet in the hallways today while testing is going on. Good luck to those taking the ELA test today. Just do your best!

The Charger track teams competed yesterday at Edison High School against Huron. 

The girls defeated the Tigers by a score of 73 to 65, while the boys also won by a score of 85 to 69.
First place efforts for the girls went to Aria Hayward, Morgan Handshoe, Gena Walton, Stella Bloom, Claire Michaelis, Madison Geiger, Autumn Krieg-Moore, Tessa Moore,  and Juliana Johnson. Also scoring important points for the win were Claire Chill, Taylor Laughlin, Harper Salmons, Lyla Stoll, Lani Tessaro, and Avery Thurston.  First place efforts for the boys went to Brendan Butler, Max Welch, Tyler Leimeister, Israeyl Bellman, Austin Mankin, Wesley Seel, Ben Rosekelly, Will Corfman, Carter Jones, Mason Leber, and Gannon Mesenburg.  Also scoring points were Brooks Ballah, Jackson Esser, Bentley Illuzzi, Mason Murphy,  Caleb Reedy, Dominic Sallee, Calieb Wigner, Trenton Williams, and Granstyn Yamanouchi. Both teams compete again on Friday at the Margaretta Relays. 

The answer for the today's trivia question is that the a google is the numeral one followed by 100 zeros.
