Morning Announcement for Wednesday, November 6

Today’s Trivia Question: What salad was invented in 1937 by Bob Cobb? 

The lunch menu for today is beef and cheese nachos or chef’s choice grab and go or salad bar, seasoned corn, fresh veggies, assorted fruit, and milk.  

The Book Fair is going on in the library all week. The hours for today and Friday will be 7:30 a.m.-2:45 p.m. Thursday night it will operate during conferences from 1-7 p.m.  Don’t forget to stop in and do some shopping for some good reading material.   

There is no running club practice this week.  The next practice will be on Tuesday, November 12 from 3-4 p.m. 

The Edison Writing Club has practice today from 3-4 p.m.

The 8th grade academic challenge team has practice everyday next week from 3-4 in Mrs. Yingling’s room. 

The answer for today’s trivia question is that in 1937 Bob Cobb invented the Cobb salad.
