Happy Birthday Peyton Facemire, Grace Anderson, Paige McFadden and Brody McFadden!
 
The Lady Charger softball team Racked up 18 hits in a 10-5 win over Port Clinton last night.  Kalli Quillen led the way going 4-5.  Audrey Linder, Peyton Taylor, Ivy Kluding, and Stella Brown all had multiple hits.  Sophia Guerra went the distance in the circle to earn the win.
 
The tennis team beat St. Joe on Tuesday 4-1. Winning at singles in straight sets were Parker Campbell, Noah Proctor and Jonah Main. Winning at doubles was the team of Samuel McCLester and Andrew Gray. The team heads to Tiffin Calvert later today to play in the final match of the season! Good luck team!!!
 
Last night the JV tennis team swept St. Joe with wins from the doubles teams of Colten Scott with Wade Ruggles, and the undefeated JV team of Sam McClester with Andrew Gray. Way to go!"
 
The varsity baseball team improved its record to 18-3 by beating Perkins 4-0.  Ben Bates, Carson Smith, and Bryson Wittmer combined to throw a 4 hit shut out.  Wittmer doubled and had 2 RBIs, Smtih singled and had one RBI, Dominic Dymond and Blake Simon each had singles, and Hayden Fry had an RBI.
 
The JV baseball team beat Perkins 17-7.  Elijah Ruck had 3 hits, including a double, and 6 RBIs.  Cole Leimeister and Tristian Wetherill both doubled and Leimeister had 4 RBIs.  Coltyn Meagrow and Brody McFadden had 2 hits apiece
 
Firelands Challenge tryouts will be held after school at Edison High School on May 18th in Mrs. Roan's room 301 and May 23rd in Mrs. Facemire's room (401).  Any student who will be in grades 9-12 next year and attending Edison full-time may try out.
