Morning Announcements for Tuesday, April 16th

In softball action, Audrey Linder went 3-4 and Ivy Kluding added 2 hits as the Lady Chargers fell to Huron last night 7-3.

The JV tennis team got two wins last night at Port Clinton. Winning for the Chargers were the doubles teams of Keira Keoghan with Wade Ruggles and Jace Danda with Gavin Mesenburg. Keep it going at Huron tonight!

The tennis team beat Port Clinton on Monday 3-2. Winning at singles were Aidin Colbert and Noah Proctor and winning at doubles was the team of Jonah Main and Sam McClester. The team improves to 6-0 on the season and faces off with Huron later today!!

Davin Wendt singled in the 6th inning to score Cole Leimeister and give the varsity baseball team a 5-4 win against Huron.  Abe Hermes picked up the win in relief of Blake Simon, pitching the final 2 innings with 5 strikeouts.  Gabe Dymond, Wendt, Simon, Carson Smith, and Leimeister all had 2 hits.

The JV baseball team lost to Huron 6-4.  Jacob Kuhl had 2 hits, including a double.  Aaron Febbo also had 2 hits.  Owen Price and Brody McFadden each singled.

Attention Student Drivers: The front parking lot is for staff and guests only. Students should not be parking in the front lot at any point during the school day. Thank you

The Elementary PTO is hosting its Spring Carnival on May 3rd from 6p-8:30p at the Elementary.  The PTO is requesting high school student volunteers to help run various game stations. If you are available to volunteer for any part of the Carnival please sign-up in the library. This is a great opportunity to give back to the community while earning volunteer hours!

Seniors are reminded that we need your photos for the senior memory wall.  Please turn in a 4" x 6" baby picture and senior picture by this Friday.   Write your name on the back of the photos.   You must provide reprinted photos only.  Do not send originals as they will not be returned.   Emailed photos will not be accepted.  Any group snapshots of you and your friends from elementary, and middle school and present are also requested.  Again, the deadline is this Friday!

A reminder to all football players, Mulch orders are due this Friday, April 19th.  Please turn in orders to Coach Hall.

During the lunch periods on Thursday, April 18th, there will be a company called Globe Life: SSBH Division to inform students about internships and full-time positions with the ability to work remotely, with unlimited income potential. They are partners with the Dallas Cowboys, Texas Rangers, and other pro sports teams. If you want more information, they will be expecting people to approach the table at lunch.
