Healthy Habit for this week:
Practice Gratitude.  Gratitude is more than a feel-good buzzword; it's a habit that has been shown to improve mental health and overall well-being. Setting aside time each day to acknowledge what you're thankful for can shift your focus away from what you feel you lack, towards appreciating what you have. This simple act can lower stress levels, improve sleep quality, and even boost your immune system. Try to find one thing each day that you are grateful for.  (Integrity)

Seniors are reminded that we need your photos for the senior memory wall.  Please turn in a 4" x 6" baby picture and senior picture by this Friday.   Write your name on the back of the photos.   You must provide reprinted photos only.  Do not send originals as they will not be returned.   Emailed photos will not be accepted.  Any group snapshots of you and your friends from elementary, and middle school, and present are also requested.  Again, the deadline is this Friday!
