Welcome to National Foreign Language week!  This week, your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to find Carmen Sandiego and her accomplices to return the world’s artifacts.  Report your findings to Mrs. Moyer in the library - she is offering a reward for all intel.

Remember to join us in the Charger Cafe tomorrow morning for our delicious breakfast with our hometown heroes! Breakfast will start at 7:15 and will include delicious smoothies and pancakes with all your favorite toppings served by our local police and fire departments! Help us celebrate National School Breakfast Week and say Thank You to our local heroes!

Another Pop Tab Tuesday is here… By now you may be getting annoyed and wondering, why pop tabs??? Pop-tabs are an easy way to recycle and help Ronald McDonald House Charities. It is a task that people of all ages can do. The amount of money received is determined by the weight of the tabs and the current price per pound being paid for them. Saving the tab is a simple and clean way of recycling.

Tomorrow all freshmen, sophomores and juniors will schedule their 2020-2021 classes.  This will take place during your study hall.  Those students on Response need to report to study hall at the beginning of the period.  When you are finished you may return to Response.  Those students who do not have a study hall are receiving an invitation this morning in homeroom with the designated time to report.  Your teachers are aware you will miss a few minutes of class to do this.  When you are finished you will return to your class.  All students must bring your chromebook.  All other items will be provided to assist you in entering your course requests.  If you are absent tomorrow your course requests will be entered for you. If you have any questions, please stop in the office today.

Any senior who is submitting their own photo for the yearbook must do so by Friday, March 6th.

It’s rainy and cold, why not stay after school tomorrow for the last chess game day of the year! If you feel you need to get one last chess match in - make sure to stay after school on Wednesday!

Book Club will meet Friday, March 6th, at 7:15 in Room 203 to discuss the rest of Little Fires Everywhere by Celeste Ng. Breakfast treats will be provided.  Hope to see you soon!

The Spanish Club Cook-In has been rescheduled for this Wednesday, March 4th. Sign ups begin today. The restaurant outing will be rescheduled for a later date.

Thank-you to all of our informants from yesterday!  Mr. Keating Ceccoli was apprehended and the world’s Carpe Diem has been restored.  But Carmen escaped and has been at it again!

Carmen has taken the La Silla Telescope from northern Chile. Did you know that northern Chile is said to be the best place to stargaze in the world. Carmen met this stargazing accomplice at the field house. FYI - The Atacama desert, one of the driest places on Earth and views atop an Andes mountain peak provides the best views of space. Find the accomplice and submit your guess in the library!
