YES
TO THE NUMBER
87569.
You will know that you were successful if you receive the following reply message: “
You are subscribed with Edison Local School District. Text STOP to cancel or HELP for information.
" If you receive an error message, it is likely that you must contact your carrier to enable text messaging. To opt out of all text messages from BrightArrow, reply with STOP to the opt-in message. If you are uncertain as to whether or not you have already opted in, simply repeat the opt-in process above. There is no harm in sending the opt-in message more than once.
When parents provide a new wireless number to the school (common at the beginning of the school year), you may receive a text message requesting that you opt in to receive important information via text message. The message you receive will be similar to the following: "Edison Local School District would like to continue sending you text messages. To receive these messages, please reply YES." Check with your wireless carrier for possible charges. Emergency messages are always sent with all three message types (email, text, and voice calls) and to every contact number we have available for you even if you have opted out. We cannot change this. Emergency messages will be labeled as such so you will know it is an actual emergency.

Entrepreneur Day at Edison Middle School is back!!
This event has raised over $28,000 dollars to various charities and individuals over the years. This year all money raised will be presented to The Maxton Soviak Memorial Foundation. The money will be used to help secure a service dog for a veteran in need. Please help make this Entrepreneur Day the best ever by allowing your middle school child the opportunity to bring in money on Wednesday, May 25th. Our 5th graders are grouped into teams and have been working hard. They are eager to see how much they can earn with their creative products and ideas. There will be lots of great crafts, food, games and raffles in the Middle School gym from 12:15-2:15 on Wednesday, May 25th. The public is also welcome to come in and purchase the items that are being sold. Come support our students and a great cause!

Edison Facilities Community Survey Results:
Many of your recall taking a survey a few weeks ago regarding the future of our facilities. Over 1089 community members responded to the survey and we were able to provide the findings to our board and Facilities Advisory Committee. You told us that the most important factors to consider for the future of our facilities were (in order of importance): 1. providing the best learning/teaching environments; 2. overall cost of the project; 3. Finding a plan the community could support. The topline survey results can be found here
