Don’t forget that this Friday, October 2 is Picture Day.  
All students and staff members will get their picture taken for the yearbook.  
You may order pictures online or bring to school your picture envelope with money and completed filled out.
Extra picture envelopes are in the main office.

Attention 6th, 7th and 8th grade students.  
There will be an informational meeting about the speech and debate club immediately after school in the library on Thursday, October 1st.  
If you would like to learn how to compete in congressional debate or do some acting in interpretative events or compete in extemporaneous speaking which deals with current events, please plan to attend.  The first tournament this year is October 31.

Tryouts for power of the pen will be next week, October 5th through 7th.
You must sign up for two writing slots. Times are available during WIN or after school. Signs are outside of Ms. Kun's room for 7th grade and Mrs. Schoenherr's for 8th. Please sign up by Thursday.
