Girls Golf - SBC Shootout
The Girls Golf team won the SBC Shootout at Hopewell today by 2 strokes shooting a 182. The team was led by Mallory Meister (38), match medalist. Also scoring were Madison Butler (45), Anna Smith (48), and Elena McCord (51).

Girls Golf - SBC Shootout
The Girls Golf team finished 7th out of 10. Meredith Unger paced the team with a 46 and Madison Butler was right behind with 48. The girls team will return to action on August 29th at the Danbury Shootout!

Girls Golf - District Tournament
The Edison Lady golfers competed at the District Tournament yesterday at Sycamore Springs in Findlay. They did not advance to state, but it was still a great experience. Scoring for the Chargers were: Ava Grant 90, Meredith Unger 99, Madison Butler 106 and Mallory Meister 106. Congratulations on a great season ladies.

Girls Golf - Sectional Tournament
The Girls golf team shot 391 yesterday to finish second at the Sectional Tournament at Valley View Golf Course and advance to the District Tournament. Three golfers shot their personal best score for 18 holes. Ava Grant 83, Meredith Unger 95, Anna Smith 112 and Madison Butler chipped in with a score of 101 and Mallory Meister shot 113. Congratulations Girls.

On a beautiful senior night at Thunderbird South, Jamie Teed led the Lady Chargers to a one stroke victory over Willard. The golf team finished 8-6 in SBC play and will continue their season on Tuesday in Sectional Play at Valley View in Galion.

The Girls golf team finished 5th yesterday at the SBC Tournament. Scoring for the Chargers were: Ava Grant 96, Meredith Unger 113, Madison Butler 117, Anna Smith 121, Jamie Teed 123 and Mallory Meister 132. The Lady Chargers are back in action for senior night Thursday against Bellevue and Willard.

The Lady Chargers beat Huron last night in girls golf 210 - 235.Leading the way for the Chargers was Ava Grant with a 42 and Mallory Meister with a 50 that included a great birdie. Also scoring for the Chargers were Maddie Butler 54, Meredith Unger 55, Anna Smith 58 and Jamie Teed 59. The Girls Golf team advanced to the districts after finishing second yesterday in the Sectional Golf Tournament at Valley View. Leading the Chargers was Lauren Neher with an 84. Mallory Meister with a personal best 96. Madison Butler with a personal best 100 and Ava Grant with a 103. The Lady Chargers will be back in action in the District Tournament next Monday at Sycamore Springs in Findlay.

The Lady Chargers golf team lost to Bellevue last night 177 - 203. Lauren Neher was the low scorer for the night with a 42. Anna Smith ended her season with a personal best score. The Lady Chargers are back in action next Tuesday in the Sectional Tournament at Valley View in Galion.

The Edison Girls Golf team competed in the SBC tournament yesterday in Fremont. They shot a 395 which was good for a fourth place finish. Scoring for the Chargers were Lauren Neher with an 84, Ava Grant 95, Madison Butler 107, and Mallory Meister 109. Two of the girls finished in the top ten overall yesterday. Lauren Neher was 3rd overall and Ava Grant was 8th overall. The Lady Chargers are back in action tomorrow at Bellevue.

The Girls Golf team lost to Huron last night 168 - 186. Ava Grant improved her personal best score with a 38 followed by Lauren Neher with a 40. Other scores were recorded by Mallory Meister and Madison Butler. The ladies finished with a 7-7 record in the Bay Division. They are back in action next Tuesday at Fremont for the SBC tournament.

Last night at Thunderbird South the girls golf team secured a win against Danbury. The team was led by Lauren Neher with a 40, followed by Ava Grant 45, Madison Butler closely followed with a 47 and Mallory Meister chipped in a 52 to round out the top four scores. Girls Golf vs. Huron
Yesterday at Thunderbird South course between the sun and windy rainy conditions the girls golf team fell to Huron 163 - 174. Senior Jordan Pruitt capped off the last conference match with tying her personal best with a 4-under par round of 32. Lauren Neher carded a 42 and Hunter Barylski and Ava Grant added a pair of 50’s . Senior Jacqueline Fry had an improved round of 56. Final team record 12-2. Monday September 30th the team will be back on the links in Findlay at Sycamore Springs paired with Huron and Gibsonburg in hopes of swinging their way for chance to place in the top four and earn a trip to the Div II State Championship. Yesterday at Fremont Country Club girls golf team placed 2nd in the Bay Division with a team total of 366. Congratulations goes out to Senior Jordan Pruitt she broke the 18 hole school record by shooting a 73 the record was 74 held by Bailey Bixler since 2008.
